Virtual Legal Awareness Clinic
Virtual Legal Awareness Clinic was designed to provide legal awareness in a new normal. All the activities of the project were conducted online. Many people from island communities participated in the online legal awareness sessions. This project addressed the need for island communities to get access to legal education and legal aid as its difficult to get access to lawyers in islands.

AWARENESS VIDEOS

Under this activity we produced awareness videos 12

Main theme of the videos were Daily Life and Law.

The videos are based on real life situations and how to deal with the situations through legal knowledge.
SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS
Social media posts were be based on topics selected for the month. Social media posts are prepared covering legal points covered in acts of Maldives.
ONLINE AWARENESS SESSIONS
Online Awareness sessions were conducted on broadly 6 topics namely prevention of domestic violence, gender equality, family law, prevention of sexual harassment, employment law and decentralization.
